IF YOU MAKE ASSESSMENT DECISIONS IN RELIANCE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE TRENDCATCHERS THEN YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE TRENDCATCHERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES YOU MAY SUSTAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT MAKE ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS WITHOUT CONDUCTING YOUR OWN RESEARCH. YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING WHETHER ANY INVESTMENT, STRATEGY OR SERVICE IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOU BASED UPON YOUR INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES AND PERSONAL FINANCIAL SITUATION.

Please make sure you agree and understand that by subscribing to our service your PayPal account will be automatically charged every week/month/quarter based upon the membership plan you have chosen. This will continue until you personally cancel your subscription via PayPal. You have complete control over your PayPal account.
2. Intellectual Property: All our intellectual property assets including but limited to all copyrights, trademarks, patents, service marks, trade names, software code, icons, logos, characters, layouts, trade secrets, buttons, colour schemes and graphics are our sole and exclusive intellectual property and are all protected by local and international intellectual property laws and treaties including all copyright laws and regulations. Under no circumstances can you remove any copyright notification from any of our intellectual property or unlawfully use our website, services or information. The use of our service does not grant you any rights in any way other than those granted by revocable license. We own or are licensed to use all images, graphics, software code, user interface design, logos and content displayed on our website or used as part of our service. You may not use these images in any way other than in the manner we provide them. You are not permitted to use any of our images or content without obtaining our prior written consent.
